F1 Grand Prix Simulation 210908

Got an invitation from a friend to go have fun in this Simulation Exercise for Formula One Grand Prix. Initially, it was just a favor because I wasn't keen on it. So glad I went eventually! Had so much fun! And I got Suzie to join me.

What we did all afternoon is to "race" around Turf City carpark & simulate the actual night race (which happened 28 Sept) around City Hall. 

From 11am to 5pm, I used up 1/4 of petrol for less than 40km!

Now back all the stupid gantry systems on the congested roads...

The next day the event was reported in the Straits Times & my car was seen in one of the photos! Hee... What an eventful experience!

BJ (again...!!) & mooncakes

For the Mid Autumn Festival this year, Eythan bought another set of 4 BJ again! All because Cold Storage has slight discount for every purchase of 2. OMG... Nothing can stop him from buying. This time I have to impose his permissible weekly intake!  >:(

Eythan's bro, Gavin & Xerene, on the other hand, bought many durian mooncake from Goodwood Park Hotel, and all only D24 durian flavor! Wow... this fridge is the most sinful item at home. Ha...

 

At the same time, I had a mini Full Moon party with my colleagues as well. Bought Baileys, lanterns & cute mini (multi-flavor) mooncakes from Tung Lok... So much fun we had!

All the good stuff for this Festival, food for everyone! And don't forget to check out the full moon!!

New member in family!!

Eythan's sister just gave birth to her 4th child recently. We bought her flowers because she loves red roses... which costs us $55. I don't know about flower prices but Eythan was screaming & shocked! :p  Well, we were left with no choice at 930pm then. ha...

Geezz.... so tiny and cute! That's Mildred, the 6 yrs old sister.

After so many long years, we finally brought our Granny to airport for a walk and dinner in celebration of her birthday. She always brought us out when we were kids and now we are glad we can do that for her!

Sophia's Bday (cum farewell)

After much thought, we finally decided to buy this for Sophia's 07 Aug birthday (at the same time, savor on our favorite food - frog's porridge at Geylang + salted egg crabs + chilli crab!! Hee... :p  sinful night!

Earlier on, went all the way to Orchard to get it engraved before we passed it to her.

Weekend chill
